Made-to-order apparel

Our printed apparel is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, or an incorrectly selected color. Please check the product size guide before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email tank@madebytank.com within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and the affected area.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund for an approved claim. Please contact us before sending anything back; we will provide instructions if a return is needed.

For a separately commissioned custom project, the order-specific terms agreed before purchase apply. Contact us with any questions.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that apply by law.
