Shipping policy

Production before shipping

Our printed apparel is made to order. Production time is separate from shipping time. Most orders are produced in approximately 2–5 business days, although some products, fulfillment locations, and busy periods can take longer. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

Shipping costs and delivery

Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout for your delivery address. Transit time depends on the product, destination, and shipping method. Production and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking and separate packages

Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Items may arrive in separate packages when they are fulfilled at different locations.

Address or delivery questions

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need a correction, contact tank@madebytank.com as soon as possible; changes may not be possible after production begins.

If tracking shows a delay or you have not received your order, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
